It is an ArcMap 9.1
generated image of East Africa. The
elevation is coloured accordingly. I have also added a river-'n-border system,
but it is not as accurrate as I would like it to be (lakes are missing too).
You will see for yourself. The first version lacked cities and towns, but thanks
to map Andy posted (http://www.exodus2006.com/map1.htm)
I was able to set it right. Position of Addis Ababa and Axum is exact (placed
using coordinates system) but rest is hand-placed. Plus, bit of shading does
the 3D trick. Enjoy
